Upcoming API Version Update (v2)

We’ll be releasing API v2 to improve stability, reliability, and provide a smoother developer experience. Migration from v1 to v2 will be required.

Rollout Plan

The v2 rollout will be done in three phases:

• Phase 1: Image Editing
• Phase 2: Image Generation and Tailored Generation
• Phase 3: Product Shot Editing

The transition for Phase 1 (Image Editing) will begin on August 10, 2025.
We will share timelines for Phases 2 and 3 once they are finalized.

Transition Details

• v1 and v2 will be supported in parallel for 3 months following each phase launch
  (Image Editing support for both versions until November 15, 2025)
• Other integration methods are not affected, including:
  • iframe
  • MCP server
  • Photoshop and Figma plugins
  • ComfyUI nodes and workflows

Developer Notes

• Full API documentation for v2 (Image Editing) will be available starting August 10, 2025
• Implementation guidance will be provided alongside the new version release
